It's pretty amazing to reflect back on what an incredible journey it's been—from being a naive, self-absorbed "Do-It-All" manager who didn't know how to earn the trust, loyalty, or respect of his team—to eventually becoming one the world's top thought leaders on sales leadership, sales excellence, and coaching.

It’s pretty ironic, right?

I can assure you, it hasn't been easy. It's been a long journey filled with a lot of setbacks, trial-and-error, and some painful failures along the way. But at the end of the day, I wouldn't change a thing.

I'm humbled by the fact that through my training programs and workshops—I've had the opportunity to make an impact on well over 10,000 sales leaders and managers from all over the world from clients like Google, ServiceNow, SAS Institute, Boeing, Wells Fargo, In-N-Out, American Eagle, AbbVIe, AstraZeneca, etc.

I've devoted the better part of my 20 year sales career—and full time over the past decade—to researching what it really takes to build world-class, high-performance sales leaders and teams.
